These are works by Miki Furuhata, a potter working in Nagano Prefecture.
Furuhata-san draws inspiration from natural landscapes and expresses profound colors through overlapping glazes.
Her pieces, harmonizing a matte texture with soft forms, gently blend into everyday life.
This time, she created many cool and refreshing pieces for the exhibition titled "Aoizuki" (Blue Moon), which starts at the beginning of summer.
We have a wide range of works, from classic pieces to new creations, but the complex glaze variations mean that each piece has a unique appearance.
The forms are simple, beautiful, and easy to use.
We hope you will incorporate Furuhata-san's works, which evoke the seasons and landscapes, into your daily life.
