A sales contract shall be formed when the customer places an order for a product using the method specified by the Shop and the Shop accepts it. Please note that we may not be able to accept orders due to stock availability or system circumstances.

Article 3 (About Products)
The products handled by the Shop are mainly handmade works by artisans.
Therefore, please understand the following points as characteristics of the products:
・Individual differences in shape, size, and color
・Irregularities in glaze, pinholes, distortions, etc.
・Natural differences in appearance due to firing
These do not qualify as defective products.

Article 4 (Price and Payment)
The product price is the amount displayed on each product page, and a separate shipping fee may be incurred.
Payment methods and timing shall follow the methods specified by the Shop.

Article 5 (Delivery)
Products will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after order and payment confirmation.
*We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so no shipments will be made on those days.
The Shop will appropriately handle damage during delivery due to accidents, etc.

Article 6 (Cancellations and Returns)
Cancellations and returns shall comply with the separately stipulated "SHIPPING & RETURNS" policy.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
