Terms & Conditions / ご利用条件
- ・Shipping Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the items. The final shipping cost will be determined based on the actual weight including packaging materials. If there is a difference between the checkout amount and the final cost, we will contact you to collect the balance.
- ・Handling Fee: A specialized packaging fee is already included in the table above (Up to 5kg: ¥1,000 / Up to 10kg: ¥1,500 / Up to 15kg: ¥2,000 / Up to 20kg: ¥3,000).
- ・Oversized Orders: If the total weight exceeds 20kg or requires 2 or more boxes, we will contact you separately after the order is placed.
- ・Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are solely the buyer's responsibility.
- ・Delays: Please note that shipping delays may occur depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.
- ・送料の算出について: 送料は商品の重量をもとに算出されます。最終的な送料は「梱包材を含めた総重量」で確定するため、チェックアウト時の金額と差額が発生する場合がございます。その場合は別途ご請求させていただきます。
- ・梱包料について: 海外配送用の特別梱包費は、上記の送料表にすでに含まれております（〜5kg: ¥1,000 / 〜10kg: ¥1,500 / 〜15kg: ¥2,000 / 〜20kg: ¥3,000）。
- ・大型・複数口のお荷物: 総重量が20kgを超える場合、または梱包が2箱以上になる場合は、ご注文後に別途ご連絡させていただきます。
- ・関税・輸入税: お受け取りの際に発生する関税・輸入税等はすべてお客様（受取人様）のご負担となります。
- ・配送遅延: お住まいの国の税関状況等により、配送に遅れが生じる可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。
