Takeshi Yoshida is a potter based in Mashiko Town, Haga District, Tochigi Prefecture, a town famous for its pottery.

Mr. Yoshida primarily creates series such as "Bronze," which has a texture reminiscent of excavated artifacts, and "Hakudeisai" (white mud glaze), which evokes the walls of ancient ruins.
In recent years, he has also expanded into "Akasai" (red glaze) works, which are rare nowadays, and series with highly intricate, sculptural elements.

Many of his works clearly demonstrate his commitment to color and texture, and their unique appearance, like excavated artifacts, is distinctive.
This time, we also have original ceramic works such as masks and candlesticks.

On the other hand, many of his vessels are lightweight, making them perfect for everyday use.

■ Size: Diameter 8.5cm, Height 29cm
■ Weight: Approximately 420g

* As each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in size, color, pattern, and weight.
In addition, there may be crack-like marks on the underside of the vessel or inside the footring,
but these are superficial kiln cracks due to firing and do not affect usability.
Please be aware of this beforehand.
