Mr. Yoshida has a workshop and produces his works in Minoh City, Osaka Prefecture.

He carefully selects the wood, shapes it, hand-carves it, and finishes it with lacquer.
While retaining the organic beauty unique to hand-carving, the carefully aligned carved patterns are very beautiful.
The "black lacquer" finish has a matte base, but also has the dark sheen unique to lacquer.
The "white lacquer" has a unique bluish tint that is appealing.
Both finishes allow you to feel the wood grain of the base.
