This is a piece by Hiromi Suzuki, who creates pottery in Ogodo, Mashiko Town, Haga County, Tochigi Prefecture.
Ms. Suzuki focuses on creating simple pieces that are pleasant to the touch, easy to use, and complement food when served.

The most striking feature of her work is the soft, delicate, and beautiful colors.
The gentle gradients contain a variety of expressions, and the impression changes completely depending on whether it is seen in bright or dark light.

Names like "Sakura-iro" (cherry blossom color) and "Yoi-iro" (twilight color) also match the impression of the colors well.
While possessing a soft aesthetic, these vessels have a distinct charm that won't fade.
