This is a work by ceramist Yuka Owada.
Ms. Owada's vessels are characterized by soft curves and delicate glazes.
They gently change expression in the light of everyday life, and their presence is further felt when touched.
In addition to a series of designs centered on black and white, made from smooth semi-porcelain, in recent years, there is a series of elegant colors named "Gekka" (Moonlight), with a moonlit hue, and "Usuzakura" (Pale Cherry Blossom), which is green-gray with a touch of pink.
Her works, with their delicate and beautiful forms and masterful use of glazes to express subtle colors, are like stories that invite viewers into the world that Ms. Owada creates.
