Yuka Owada Teacup Saucer White

These are works by ceramic artist Yuka Owada.

Ms. Owada's vessels are characterized by their gentle curves and delicate glazes.
They subtly change expression in everyday light, and their presence is even more keenly felt when touched.

In addition to a series of designs primarily in black and white using smooth semi-porcelain, she has recently created an elegant color series named "Gekka," with a moonlight-like hue, and "Usuzakura," a green-gray with added pink.

Her works, with their delicate and beautiful forms and masterful use of glazes to express subtle color variations, are like stories that invite viewers into the world Ms. Owada creates.
