返金ポリシー

【返品・返金について】

当店では、原則としてお客様都合（イメージと違う、注文を間違えた等）による返品・返金はお受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承の上、ご注文をお願いいたします。

ただし、到着した商品に破損などの明らかな物損があった場合に限り、返品・交換または返金の対応をさせていただきます。

万が一、到着した商品に破損があった場合は、お手数ですが商品到着後7日以内に、商品の状態がわかる写真を添付の上、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

 

【Return and Refund Policy】

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer convenience (e.g., "not what I expected," "ordered by mistake"). Please consider this before placing your order.

However, we will gladly accept returns, exchanges, or issue a refund only if the item arrives with physical damage or clear defects.

Conditions for Return/Refund:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via our inquiry form within 7 days of delivery, and kindly attach photos showing the condition of the damaged item.

 

■ 国際配送（EMS）をご利用のお客様へ

国際配送の性質上、原則として返品・返金はお受けしておりません。

配送中の破損が発生した場合は、EMSの補償制度をご利用ください。
補償申請には、破損状況の写真および梱包材の保管が必要です。
詳細は配送先国の郵便局またはEMS公式サイトをご確認ください。

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or refunds.

In the event of damage during transit, please file a claim through EMS's compensation system. 
Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage for your claim.
