ご注文いただいてから、通常1〜5営業日以内に出荷いたします。
※火曜日・水曜日は定休日のため、発送作業は行っておりません。

 

■ 国際配送（EMS）に関するご注意

・商品ページに記載の重量は概算です。実際の重量と誤差が生じる場合があります。
・送料はご注文時の商品重量をもとに算出されますが、梱包材・段ボール込みの総重量で最終的な送料が確定します。
・梱包料は以下の通り、送料に含まれています：
　～5kg：¥1,000 / ～10kg：¥1,500 / ～15kg：¥2,000 / ～20kg：¥3,000
・総重量が20kgを超える場合、または2箱以上になる場合は、ご注文後に別途ご連絡いたします。
・関税・輸入税はお客様のご負担となります。
・税関の状況により配送に遅延が生じる場合があります。

・国際配送の性質上、原則として返品・返金はお受けしておりません。
・配送中の破損が発生した場合は、EMSの補償制度をご利用ください。
補償申請には、破損状況の写真および梱包材の保管が必要です。詳細は配送先国の郵便局またはEMS公式サイトをご確認ください。
・ご不明な点はご注文前にお問い合わせください。

・Product weights listed on the product pages are approximate and may differ from actual weights.
・Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight including packaging materials and boxes.
・Packaging fees are included in the shipping rate as follows:
　Up to 5kg: ¥1,000 / Up to 10kg: ¥1,500 / Up to 15kg: ¥2,000 / Up to 20kg: ¥3,000
・If the total weight exceeds 20kg or requires more than one box, we will contact you after your order is placed.
・Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
・Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

・Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or refunds
・In the event of damage during transit, please file a claim through EMS's compensation system. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage for your claim.
